Community Partnerships Lead

About the role

This role connects Kalaamy to the people we serve. You will learn how each mosque operates, guide teams through setup and adoption, and bring their practical insight back into the product. Success looks like long-term trust, not a transactional handoff.

What you'll do

• Develop thoughtful relationships with mosque leaders, administrators, and volunteer teams.
• Guide new communities from evaluation through their first successful live translation.
• Create practical onboarding and education resources grounded in real questions.
• Surface patterns and feedback that improve the product and support experience.

What we're looking for

• Experience in partnerships, customer success, community programs, or consultative sales.
• Excellent listening, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Strong judgment, follow-through, and comfort working independently.
• Willingness to attend some evening or weekend community events.

Helpful, not required

• Existing relationships within Muslim communities or nonprofit organizations.
• Additional language fluency, especially Arabic, Urdu, French, or Spanish.
